These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the Victory Waves Customer Support and Account Alerts text messaging program (the “SMS Program”) operated by Victory Waves (“Victory Waves,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By opting in to receive text messages from Victory Waves, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

Program Description

The Victory Waves SMS Program sends customer-support, account-related, and campaign-workflow text messages to users of the Victory Waves platform who have explicitly opted in to receive them.

Messages may include, without limitation:

• notifications that a canvassing document has been generated
• saved task or to-do reminders
• campaign calendar updates
• district insights or account alerts
• customer support or AI-assistant responses related to your use of Victory Waves

Victory Waves does not use this SMS Program for third-party marketing.

Opt-In

A user may opt in to receive SMS messages from Victory Waves through the Victory Waves platform.

To opt in, the user must:

1. provide a mobile phone number through the Victory Waves platform;
2. verify ownership of that phone number using the verification process presented by Victory Waves; and
3. affirmatively consent to receive customer-support and account-related text messages from Victory Waves.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, support interactions, and use of Victory Waves features.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of the SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any Victory Waves text message.

After you send STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program, except as required to confirm your opt-out or as otherwise permitted by law.

Eligibility

You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide to Victory Waves and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
